I'm not going to lie. The NBA is no where near my favorite sport. One thing I do love about the NBA? The new fad of building up a 'Big 3.' I loved it in Boston, I loved it in Miami, and hopefully I get to love it all over again in Los Angeles. No matter what happens in LA if these three were to come together, whether it be lots of wins, too many loses, or just another mediocre team, I love watching it to see what happens. Last season I was all about the Miami Heat. I had no connection to the team, so I loved to see them lose, I loved to see them win, I loved to see them together. Even way back when LA assembled Kobe, Shaq, Karl Malone, and Gary Payton as the 'best squad ever assembled' it was exciting. But that team had nothing on the rosters of today. These players are in their prime. These aren't old, weary, "my old team won't sign me so I'll go to the Lakers, Yankees, or Redskins" kind of players. These guys are real deal faces of the NBA, and I hope I get to see them play on Christmas day.
